he looks like hes enjoying the snow. Moss tipped up his water bowl yesterday and found ice. He then sat there eating it! My mad puppy
I'd cry too if I had to go our barefoot in the snow
My cairn ends up all covered in snow over his face - very silly - hope archie had fun!
Terrific photos! I'd be a soft puppy too if I had to pad through snow and got cold paws! Flighty xx
Our Cairn's outside water bowl was frozen solid - so he sat there looking at Dr Boss until it was dealt with! He arrived inside last night with his wonderful dark muzzle all white with snow and promptly lay toasting himself (de-frosting and dripping snow melt!) in front of the wood fire
Would you believe our rather large german shepherd would not walk in the snow? She (Elsie) got so far and just refused to go any further! You have to laugh! Our other shepherd, Freida loves the snow - but she does get confused when she starts to slide. How's the snow in Leeds? Terrible here! (Nr Whitby)
How cute. He has a sweet face. Kat
Oh what fun! I was just thinking today that dogs don't seem to feel the cold through their feet. Buddy was out for ages in the garden this afternoon and it didn't bother him one bit!
he so reminds me of my best friends dog when i was growin up. adorable
It seems that dogs are just like people, some of them feel the cold whilst others are quite happy to be out in all weathers. Thanks for your comments everyone, and nice to see some new visitors.
Hi Jo, just found you through Diane at Heart Shaped. Your dog is so cute, but still a little baby, no wonder he cried in the snow. Our black lab eats the snow too. She doesn't seem to mind the cold at all. We were at a Christmas market in Bath last weekend and they had a very similar carousel. Fantastic!Love Kathy xxx
Thanks for visiting, Kathy, and for your lovely comments.I used to have a black Lab when I was a child, he was the lovliest dog you could wish to meet so I always have a soft spot for them now. I would have loved one but our house is too small for a large dog.
